How a commission works
Each step has a command and a button, and a step cannot be skipped.

Request
The client picks an artist with
/commissionand gets a private ticket channel with the brief. -

Quote
The artist sends a price with
/quote. The client accepts it or asks for a different price. -

Terms
The client accepts the artist's terms. The exact version they agreed to is recorded.

Payment
The client pays the artist directly by GCash or PayPal, uploads the receipt with
/pay, and the artist confirms. -

Progress
The artist posts work-in-progress updates with
/wipin the ticket. -

Delivery
The artist uploads the final file with
/deliver. The client completes it, or it is accepted after 48 hours. -

Review
The client leaves 1–5 stars, posted to
#reviews. The artist's rating is the average.

Payments on the record
Clients pay artists directly by GCash or PayPal. ArtFlow records the receipt and the confirmation — it never touches the money.
Timers that keep things moving
Unpaid commissions are cancelled 24 hours after the terms are accepted, with a reminder first. Deliveries are accepted after 48 hours.
Disputes
/dispute freezes a commission until a moderator rules: cancel it, or mark it completed.
Artist onboarding
Artists apply with /artist-apply, moderators approve or reject, and each artist has a limit on active commissions.
Reviews
Clients rate completed commissions from 1 to 5 stars. Reviews are posted to your #reviews channel.
18+ gating
NSFW commissions need a verified 18+ client and an artist who has opted in.
Member verification
New members accept your server terms with one button and get the Verified User role.
Admin overview
/admin stats, artists and commissions show what is happening across the server.
Set up in three steps

Add ArtFlow to your server
Click Add to Discord, choose your server and authorize. You need the Manage Server permission.

ArtFlow creates its roles, categories and channels as soon as it joins. Keep its role above the roles it assigns.

Questions
Does ArtFlow handle money?
No. The client pays the artist directly by GCash or PayPal and uploads the receipt. The artist confirms it arrived. ArtFlow keeps the record of both.
What happens if a client doesn't pay?
The client has 24 hours after accepting the terms, with a reminder in the last 12. If no receipt is uploaded by then, the commission is cancelled and the artist's slot is freed. A receipt the artist has not confirmed is handled as a dispute, never cancelled automatically.
Why does ArtFlow need these permissions?
Manage Roles and Manage Channels let it create its roles, ticket channels and categories. Send Messages, Embed Links and Attach Files let it post quotes, receipts and deliveries. It also needs the Server Members intent to greet and verify new members.
How is NSFW work handled?
Accounts at least 90 days old are approved as 18+ on request; newer ones go to your moderators. NSFW commissions need an 18+ client and an artist who has opted in.
Can I rename the channels it creates?
Yes. ArtFlow records the IDs of the roles and channels it creates, so you can rename them afterwards.
